the staff were very pleasant and helpful. i stayed half board and the food was very tasty. the food was plentiful. i would definitely return.

The room wasn't very clean . on arrival, i paid for parking. It was a bit confusing. my room was dirty. it lacked attention to detail.

charming stay, lovely staff

comfortable beds room update buffet breakfast amazing staff

the room was nice, located on the third floor and currently undergoing updates. beds was very comfortable. i parked in a room outside, very secure. breakfast presented a buffet with many offer so much food. the staffs were amazing, responding to my request for a fan and extension cable with immediate assistance.

the room looked a bit aged, including some holes in the wall and a chipped frame. the window was not closed completely, made the room noisier at night.

the breakfast buffet includes options such as a full english breakfast with choices for poached, fried, or scrambled eggs. i noted yogurt, assorted cereals, croissants, toast, and unlimited tea, coffee, and juice are also available each morning.

unregulated shower serious burn

The beds were comfortable (I slept well).

The shower temperature was not regulated. It burnt me, and I heard other guests complained about the same issue. The hotel needs to fix this problem immediately because a child could get seriously hurt next time.
